Terms of service.
These terms cover the landaiforyou MCP, this marketing site, and the account app at app.landaiforyou.com. By using any of them you agree to them.
- › The MCP is invite-only beta. Access is by API key, one account per human.
- › Property data comes from public records and third parties. Verify with the county before relying on it.
- › No warranty. No liability beyond fees paid in the last 12 months.
- › Don't use it to harass people, scrape at abusive rates, or violate law.
- › We may suspend access if you abuse the system; you may cancel anytime.
The beta.
The landaiforyou MCP is currently in invite-only public beta. Access is granted at our discretion via an issued account and OAuth 2.1 authorization from app.landaiforyou.com. One account per human user — don't share tokens across teammates.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the service. The service is not intended for children under 13.
Public records, not advice.
The tools return public-record property data (owner names, deeds, tax history), public geospatial data (FEMA flood zones, USFWS wetlands), and public map imagery (Google Maps Static and Street View). This data:
- › Is provided as-is from third-party sources.
- › May be stale, incomplete, or wrong.
- › Is not legal, financial, or investment advice.
- › Must not be used as the sole basis for a real-estate transaction — always verify with the county recorder, tax collector, and a qualified professional.
Google Maps content is subject to Google's own terms; FEMA NFHL and USFWS NWI content is public but subject to their respective disclaimers.
What you may not do.
You agree not to use the service to:
- › Stalk, harass, dox, or otherwise target specific individuals.
- › Compile a bulk database of owner names / mailing addresses for direct mail without complying with applicable data-broker and marketing laws.
- › Attempt to overwhelm the service or the upstream county portals it reaches (no denial-of-service, no rate-abuse, no automated scraping loops beyond what your assistant naturally does).
- › Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the MCP without a written agency agreement with us.
- › Use the service to violate anyone else's rights or applicable law.
- › Interfere with authentication, authorization, or logging mechanisms.
What we promise (and don't).
The MCP is rate-limited to protect paid upstream APIs and the county portals we call. We may throttle, queue, or reject individual tool calls without notice. Beta users should expect occasional downtime, tool errors on unsupported counties, and breaking changes to tool signatures.
We aim for < 1 business day response on support inquiries at hello@landaiforyou.com but do not offer a formal SLA during the beta.
Who owns what.
The service software, tool definitions, docs, and site content are ours or our licensors'. Public-record data returned by the tools is not owned by anyone — it's public record — but you are responsible for using it lawfully. Google Maps imagery remains Google's property under its terms.
You retain ownership of the inputs you send. You grant us a limited license to process them to serve your request and to operate the service.
The disclaimer.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDAIFORYOU'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH FOR MOST BETA USERS IS ZERO). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Ending the relationship.
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@landaiforyou.com. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for breach of these terms, for suspected abuse, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 03, 05, 06, and 08 survive termination.
The boilerplate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which landaiforyou operates its principal office, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, when the change matters, emailed to active account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
